These terms cover canopy.ag, our marketing website. Use of the Canopy platform is governed by the written agreement between Canopy and your organization, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Using this site
Read it, share it, quote it. What you may not do is interfere with it: no attempts to breach or probe its security, no scraping that degrades it for others, and no using the demo form to send unsolicited commercial messages or anything unlawful.
What is on it
The content here describes what Canopy does and where the product is going. Some of it describes work in progress. It is written in good faith and kept current, but it is not a warranty, a specification, or a commitment to ship a particular capability on a particular date. Nothing here forms a contract.
Ownership
Canopy owns this site, its text, and its marks. The open-source components it is built from carry their own licences. Anything you send us through the demo form stays yours; you are giving us permission to read it and reply, nothing more.
Links out
Where we link to someone else, we are pointing at something useful, not vouching for it. What happens on their site is theirs to govern.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Canopy is not liable for loss arising from relying on the content of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits or replaces the obligations in a signed customer agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above says when we last did.
